Hi, I’m Kristal (with a K). I gave my very first haircut at the age of 6, and just never quit! I was the go-to for hair in the tiny little town I grew up in.
I’ve been in the industry for nearly 20 years, and I’m always pondering on how I can make things better. That pondering has led me to develop a haircutting system, seasonal color analysis system, extension installation system, and my current obsession – systems within the salon to create a winning environment for guest, stylist and salon entity.
All my stylists are trained on the methods and systems I have created. The uniqueness of what our environment has to offer has earned us recognition as one of the top 20 salons in the United States! And we’re just getting started.
I’m still behind the chair, but my main focus is becoming the best leader I can, creating a salon culture that is supportive and healing, and teaching other stylists the craft.
