Perks and Benefits

Growth Map

At KHS The Salon, we believe in individualized growth paths and plans that are geared toward each team members’ personal goals. You can start as an Apprentice, or, if you’re a seasoned stylist, you can apply for any of the positions we have to offer. We understand that it takes a team of individuals to be successful. Some hairstylists just want to do hair – and we love them. Some hairstylists always need a place to grow – and we love them. Once a stylist gets to the Senior Stylist position, that individual can choose to stay in that position while earning pay increases. Or, once a stylist gets to the Senior Stylist position, and they always want to have a place to grow, we have opportunities for that individual.
